Requirements
Previous experience working within a similar environment preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Care Skills
• Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Adaptable and able to use own initiative
• Pro-active, confident and reliable
• Well organised & Professional
• Have a strong desire to succeed as an individual as well as part of a team

Education or Certification

• NVQ Level 2&3 Qualified Beauty Therapist
• Guinot/Environ/Jane Iredale (would be of advantage if have training but not essential as training would be provided to the right candidate)
• Good level of English essential

Responsibilities

To provide a range of beauty treatments for clients. The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

1. To greet and converse with clients, to ensure that clients are at ease.
2. To ensure that administration of beauty treatments adequately fulfil needs of Serenity and client.
3. To initiate and participate in new treatment ranges.
4. To take telephone calls, bookings and enquiries
5. To maintain cleanliness of the salon at all times.
6. To maximize opportunities for retail sales.
7. To ensure all areas of the salon fully comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations
8. To fully support the Manager and be willing to work in any area of the salon to ensure the smooth running of the facilities.
9. To administer beauty treatments for clients in a professional and friendly manner

Must enjoy and be highly proficient in
Waxing, Threading, Manicures, Pedicures, Nails, Perm/tinting, and Make-up.

It would be of great advantage if you have full training in any of the below

• Guinot Facials or Product Training
• Environ Facials or Product Training
• Jane Iredale make up
• Md Formulations Product and/or Facial treatments

Please note Serenity the Beauty clinic will provide training for the right candidate
